Our Story
CARS Medical was founded in October 2024 by a team of healthcare professionals who saw a recurring problem:
People injured in motor vehicle accidents were being passed from provider to provider, receiving disjointed care with little communication, no coordination, and no clear path to full recovery.
Dr. Doyle, Dr. Lucas, and Dr. Haas had worked together in other integrative medical settings. They understood what was possible when disciplines collaborate. Together, they launched CARS Medical with a vision of creating Charlotte’s first and only fully integrated injury recovery clinic — a place where patients could get everything they need in one place, guided by one unified care team.
They also understood that recovery isn’t only physical. Accidents create emotional trauma, stress about bills, and confusion around legal claims. That’s why CARS Medical offers mental health counseling, telehealth accessibility, and a lien-based care model that removes financial barriers for qualified cases.
